Objective
Awareness, first login and meaningful participation

Make a new tool feel like a new place.

Workvivo could centralize news, resources, recognition and conversation—but employees first had to understand why it mattered. The rollout needed to introduce the platform without sounding like software training, then turn awareness into a confident first action.

Come say “Hi.”

A two-word invitation made the platform feel social before anyone logged in.

Awareness first.Participation next.

01

Lead with welcome

The campaign opened with a human invitation rather than a list of product features.

02

Make value visible

Interface moments showed news, resources, recognition and conversation in one familiar world.

03

Give people a first move

Quick-start tools and a playful challenge turned “What is this?” into “I know what to do.”

One message, wherever work happens.

The same visual cues and invitation followed employees from shared spaces to the platform itself.

Give the community something to do together.

The “Where’s Waldrip?” challenge made participation playful: find the superintendent cutouts, take a selfie and share it inside Workvivo.

A platform launch that already felt social.

The system connected awareness, guidance and participation through one warm campaign voice. Rather than treating adoption as a single announcement, the rollout gave employees repeated reasons to notice, understand and use the new space.
