Deliverable
12-page annual achievements report

A lot to celebrate. One story to tell.

The source material was both a gift and a problem: hundreds of accomplishments across programs, people and campuses, all competing for space. The report needed to feel celebratory without becoming chaotic, and factual without reading like an archive.

Make abundance feel intentional.

01

Structure
before
decoration

Achievements were grouped into clear editorial chapters before color or imagery entered the system.

02

Color
as
orientation

A distinct palette gives each category an identity while keeping every spread recognizably part of the same report.

03

Let
evidence
lead

Large headings and human photography create entry points; compact lists reward readers who want the full record.

Color becomes a table of contents.

Each subject gets its own visual temperature. The grid, typography and photographic treatment hold those voices together.

Academic achievement

District and student recognition

Academic competition

CTE and competitive success

Fine arts

Music, theatre, dance and visual arts

Athletics

Championships and student-athletes

Outstanding staff

The format stays consistent while scale, color and image density change to fit the story on each spread.
