The lesson starts off with a 10 question quiz covering syllables and rhyme.
Depending on how students score on the quiz, they are taken to syllables practice, rhyme practice, both, or neither.
After the review, or if students pass both quizzes, they are taken to the following slide.
Students are now introduced to three different forms of poetry where they are given a brief lesson, examples, and then invited to write their own poems.
